Interested in Volunteering at One of Our Events?
The club has many opportunities for members to become involved. Some of the possibilities are listed below. You can also check out the event listing and contact a race director if you’d like to help out with an event. There is a job available for everyone!

- Organize or Direct a race
- Organize a fun run
- Volunteer at an aid station at any of our events
- Help with race day setup and tear down
- Pick up supplies
- Work the finish line
- Act as a race day timer
- Help with race day registration
- Help with writing a piece for our newsletter
Submit a non- Wineglass Running Club Race Listing
To list your race on the Wineglass Running Club website, please send an email to contact@wineglassrunningclub.org and include the following details: race name, distance, date and start time, location, entry fee. Also include the race director’s contact information. If you have a pdf flyer, please share that, too, as we can post that as well.
Upon approval, your race will be posted to the non-club event listing section linked from the Event tab at the top of the window. Please note that there may be a delay of up to a week before your race posting is available on the website.
